We're renting out our fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Vasastan in central Stockholm. Located on historical Falugatan 24, this apartment is 41 m² (440 sq.ft.) and has a large bedroom/livingroom, a kitchen and a hallway. It's located on the top floor, has high ceilings and views in both directions and is located in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building.

The apartment is furnished with oak diningroom furniture, a couch and a Livingood murphy bed that can be neatly folded up into its cabinet when it is not needed. An extra bed can be arranged if you inquire in advance. The kitchen has a washing machine, a good gas stove and a nice view of the gardens below. The livingroom is equiped with an LCD TV and a broadband connection. The entire apartment was refurbished and refurnished in October 2007.

The average price for a hotel room in Stockholm is 960 SEK ($150) according to TravelTax. By renting our apartment, you can save money for fun stuff during your stay, while enjoying much more living space. The rent is just 500 SEK a night, 3.000 a week, or 10.000 a month.

The area has excellent communications: the no. 3 bus stops about 50 m outside the building entrance; walking to the St Eriksplan subway station takes less than 5 minutes and the Karlberg station can be reached in less than 10, for commuter train access. Cars can be parked along the street below.
