We're renting out our fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Vasastan in central Stockholm. Located on historical Atlasgatan, a tree-lined avenue,, this apartment is 41 m² (440 sq.ft.) and has a large livingroom, a bedroom, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious kitchen. It has high ceilings and is very light and quiet and was built in 1920. Communications are second to none - a subway station, bus terminal and a stop for the airport coaches can all be found within a few blocks, and all of central Stockholm is withing walking distance.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a Livingood murphy bed that can be neatly folded up into its cabinet when it is not needed, meaning that the bedroom can double as an office when the bed is not used. An extra bed can be arranged if you inquire in advance. The kitchen is recently refurbished, has a new gas stove, a microwave oven and a full range of kitchen equipment. The apartment is equiped with a fast broadband connection.

The average price for a hotel room in Stockholm is 960 SEK ($150) according to TravelTax. By renting our apartment, you can save money for fun stuff during your stay, while enjoying much more living space. The rent is just 500 SEK a night, 3.000 a week, or 10.000 a month.
